How much does printer repair cost?
Our onsite visiting charge starts at ₹299, which is adjusted in your final bill if you proceed with the repair. After a free diagnosis we give you a fixed quote — common repairs like roller replacements cost ₹600–1,200, while fuser replacements range ₹2,000–4,500 depending on the model, including genuine parts.
Do you provide same-day printer repair?
Yes. Bookings made before 2 PM are usually attended the same day within our service area. Most onsite repairs finish in a single visit of 45–90 minutes. Workshop-level repairs take 24–48 hours with free pickup and drop.
Which printer brands do you service?
We service HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung, Xerox, Kyocera, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Pantum and TVS dot matrix printers — laser, inkjet, ink tank and multifunction models, including many discontinued ones. See the full list on our brands page.
What is a printer AMC and what does it include?
An AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is a yearly plan covering scheduled preventive maintenance and repair visits for one fixed fee. Our plans start at ₹1,499 per printer per year and include preventive servicing, discounted or unlimited breakdown visits, priority support and discounts on toners and spares. Is there a warranty on your repairs?
Yes — every repair carries a written 90-day warranty covering both the replaced part and our labour. If the same fault returns within 90 days, we fix it free.
Do you use genuine spare parts?
Yes. We fit genuine OEM parts as standard and supply original toners and inks. On request we also offer tested, high-quality compatible parts and cartridges that reduce cost by 40–60% with our own replacement guarantee.
Can you help me choose the right printer to buy?
Absolutely — it's free. Tell us your monthly print volume, whether you need colour, and your budget. We'll recommend 2–3 models with the lowest total cost of ownership, deliver and install your choice, and set up Wi-Fi printing at no extra charge. Browse our printer catalogue to see popular models.
Do you deliver toners and ink cartridges?
Yes, we deliver genuine and compatible cartridges across our service area, usually the same day for orders placed before 4 PM. Offices can set up monthly supply with credit billing and bulk discounts.
My printer is very old. Can you still repair it?
In most cases, yes. We stock spares for models going back 15+ years and source tested compatible parts for discontinued models. If a repair genuinely isn't economical, we'll tell you honestly and offer a trade-in toward a new printer.
